You’re not going to get low risk priced insurance, when you’re high risk. It’s just not realistic, on an individual policy.

People either pay the high risk price; go uninsured; or take a part time job where they can access group health coverage through that employer; or get added to their spouse’s group insurer through their work.

Limited insurance is SO limited, it’s worth crap.
